I am passionate about health and wellness, leading an active lifestyle that includes outdoor activities to promote my overall well-being. In my therapeutic practice, I blend a variety of massage and stretch techniques, sometimes incorporating hot stones, cupping, and other modalities, with a heartfelt emphasis on neuromuscular therapy to facilitate healing and restoration.
My sessions are designed to create internal space by dissolving knots, releasing tension, and improving range of motion, helping you become more mobile and free. I firmly believe in the transformative power of bodywork and strive to provide clients with the tools they need to achieve lasting physical and emotional well-being.
